This page outlines general guidelines for fan-created content related to games and intellectual property owned by Pravitar Workshop. The goal is simple: protect our work while allowing creative freedom.

These guidelines do not grant a copyright license. Pravitar Workshop retains full ownership of all intellectual property related to its games, characters, settings, artwork, music, and branding.

We reserve the right to request removal of any content that infringes on our IP, violates these guidelines, or causes confusion regarding official releases. These guidelines may be updated at any time.

Fan Content

“Fan Content” refers to any unofficial work created by fans that includes Pravitar Workshop IPs, such as characters, settings, stories, or game worlds. This may include artwork, writing, animations, videos, mods, or websites.

We generally allow and appreciate fan-created content, including NSFW content, as long as it is clearly presented as unofficial and does not misrepresent itself as an official Pravitar Workshop product.

What Is Allowed

• Fan art, fan writing, and fan animations (including NSFW)
• Non-commercial fan content shared online
• Commentary, reviews, and gameplay videos
• Mods that require ownership of the original game

We value creative freedom and do not restrict fan content solely based on themes or tone.

Commercial Use

Limited commercial use may be allowed under the following conditions:

• Small-scale, independently produced merchandise
• Sold directly by the creator (not mass-production platforms)
• No use of official logos or unmodified official assets

Large-scale commercial use, mass-produced merchandise, or third-party storefronts require explicit permission.

Use of Official Assets

Official assets (including game art, sprites, music, backgrounds, writing, or UI elements) may not be sold, redistributed, or used in standalone products.

Edited or modified versions of official assets are treated as official assets. Exceptions may apply under fair use (such as reviews or commentary).

Fan Games & Mods

• Must be clearly labeled as unofficial
• Must not replace or replicate the original game
• Must require ownership of the original game if using official assets
• Must be distributed for free

Fan games may not be sold or monetized directly. Donation links are allowed outside the game.

Branding & Representation

Pravitar Workshop IPs may not be used to represent unrelated products, services, or businesses, imply official endorsement, or create independent brand identities unrelated to fan works.

Adult Content Notice

Pravitar Workshop creates adult-oriented games. Fan content may also contain adult material. Creators are responsible for complying with platform rules and local laws when publishing such content.
